Constituent Services
The most important job of
any state representative is to help constituents to navigate our State
government. If you are a
District 63 resident
determine your district), my office can assist you
with a wide array of concerns. Examples of some concerns include:
Medicaid, disability, state employees, insurance, DOT, or environmental.
Please contact my office
with your concerns at:
North
Carolina General Assembly
Legislative Office Building, Room 530
300 North
Salisbury Street
Raleigh,
NC 27603-5925

Visiting Raleigh
I also welcome your visits while
you are in Raleigh. To see directions to my office,

If you plan on visiting Raleigh as a member of a group or school
class trip, my office can also assist you in any arrangements for
visiting the State Capitol, art museum, museum of natural history,
museum of science, or other state historic sites.
Page Program
Many high school students wish to
participate in the legislature’s Page Program. In this program,
eligible students travel to Raleigh to serve a Page appointment for one
week out of the session. With other students from around the State,
they see the workings of the legislature first-hand. My office may
recommend five students for appointments each year. A request for an
appointment may be done (1) by a phone call to my office at (919)
733-5820 or (2) by email at
aliceb@ncleg.net.
For more information about the House page
program, click

Flags
My office also helps people with
requests for flags that have flown over our State Capitol. If
you are interested in purchasing one of these flags, please call my
office at (919) 733-5820 or send an email to
aliceb@ncleg.net.
There are several easy ways to
register to vote in North Carolina. You may
download an
application from the State Board of Elections website; and,
if you are an Alamance County resident, mail it to:
Alamance Board of Elections
115 South Maple Street
Graham, NC 27253
You may also register to vote as you apply for a
driver’s license, and forms can be found at libraries and high schools
across the county.
